Eligibility
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible. Opened food products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items will be reviewed separately.
How to request a return
Send your order number, the item name, the reason for your request, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. We will confirm next steps and the return address.
Refunds and exchanges
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method where available, or an agreed bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.
Return delivery charges
Demo policy: we cover return delivery for damaged or incorrect items; customers cover change-of-mind returns. Replace this with your approved business policy.
