How do I brew a Sipora blend?
Start with one teaspoon of loose leaf or one sachet in 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Cover, steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain. Check each product label for its specific brewing instructions.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Can I return or exchange an order?
Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Food products must be unopened and in their original packaging unless damaged or incorrect. See Returns & Exchanges for the full process.
Are all your blends caffeine-free?
Check the ingredients and product description for each blend. Our demo herbal blends use botanicals without added tea leaves, but your final product labels should confirm caffeine information.
How much tea should I use?
Start with the amount on your product label. Adjust the strength to your taste by changing the amount of tea or steeping time.
Can I enjoy the tea cold?
Brew according to the label, allow it to cool, then serve over ice. Prepare a fresh batch and keep chilled until serving.

What is the difference between loose leaf and sachets?
